Directed by: David Ellis

Starring: Molly Simms, Reggie Hayes

Janet Tyler, also known as patient 307, is a woman desperate to fit into a society that considers anyone who does not possess specific ideals of physical beauty to be an outcast. Janet is confined to a hospital bed with her face covered in bandages after undergoing her 11th state-sponsored plastic surgery. This last operation must succeed in changing Janet’s "ugly" face, or she will be forced to relocate to a community specially designed for people like her. When Janet lashes out in a fit of anger and frustration at being ostracized for her physical differences, the doctor restrains her. He reminds Janet that this type of behavior is considered a crime and that the punishment will be severe. When Janet’s bandages are finally removed, Janet discovers that no matter how much she attempts to alter her physical features, she will never be found acceptable in the eyes of her community.
